Return & Exchange

While most of the products available on the website https://makemeaparent.in (“Platform”) can be returned, subject to the terms of this cancellation, return, exchange, and refund policy (“Policy”), please check the details of the product, before placing an order, to check if the product is eligible for a return or not.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase (digital or physical)

Returns or exchanges of products in the following categories will not be accepted (unless received damaged or spoilt):

• Food and treats
• Bedding, Mats & Travel Supplies
• Cat litter
• Health and wellness products
  Grooming & grooming supplies
• Bowls & Feeders
• Toys

Unopened units in a combo product (ex: If a product comprises 12 packets and out of it, 11 packets are unopened, then a return or refund or exchange request for such 11 packets will not be accepted)
Product pages outline whether that product is returnable or not.

You may cancel any order  before the dispatch of the item has taken place. Or else you may call us at 9257031101or email us at support@makemeaparent.in to initiate cancellation.

The Platform retains the right to cancel any order placed by you, at its sole discretion and shall  intimate you of the same by way of an email/SMS. Further, the Platform may cancel an order wherein the quantities exceed the standard for individual consumption or the Platform has reason to believe or suspect that such an order is not placed by a consumer for personal use.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately but no later than 10 (ten) days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, or if your item is lost in transit, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

In the event you place a return request for any product purchased by you, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the product returned by you, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded the relevant amount to your original payment method.

In the event of cancellation of an order, any amount paid by you with respect to such a transaction shall be refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return

Product must be returned to us within one day from the date it has been delivered to the customer. Product must be returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers.

Exchange

The product will be delivered to your location by 5-6 days, it may differ depending on the location. If the product is defective or damaged please return the product within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange exchange or replacement product within 6-7 working days

Refund

Once the Product is received to the company successfully, Make me a Parent will instantly initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund.

Refund and Cancellation for Service Provider Company

Due to service providers in nature “NO REFUND”,“NO CANCELLATION” will be entertained once the Payment has been made.

Cancellation Policy

Please note an order can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained. However return is possible for all orders/products.

Shipping & Delivery Policies –

Make me a Parent ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 24* hrs. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.
For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 4 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). For other areas the products will be shipped through external courier partners and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location. At times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which Make me a Parent is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as Make me a Parent continuously tries to avoid such instances. Also, Make me a Parent reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s) to your source account.
